Awards Criteria - ASPBP Leadership Award
Criterion | Description | Score 1-5 |
1. Leadership and Service to ASPBP | Demonstrates sustained leadership, vision, and dedication to ASPBP’s mission. May include organizing initiatives, leading committees, or advancing strategic goals. |
2. Mentorship and Advocacy | Evidence of meaningful mentorship or advocacy efforts that elevate others, especially from underrepresented or underserved backgrounds in STEMM. |
3. Commitment to ASPBP organization Values | Actively promotes ASPBP activities, STEMM programs, or broader community initiatives. |
4. Collaboration and Community Building | Fosters cooperation, builds coalitions, and engages diverse partners to address complex challenges and strengthen the ASPBP community of practice. |
5. Impact and Legacy | Clear outcomes and influence resulting from the nominee’s service. This may include policy changes, ASPBP program development, transformation, or impact. |
